Generate trusted, high-impact customer correspondence

From monthly account statements to unscheduled letters and notices, Adobe solutions provide a centralized way to automate the generation of various types of correspondence while helping to ensure the integrity, authenticity, and confidentiality of personal information. As a result, your firm is able to make personal connections with customers while building their trust in electronic documents and online offerings. Plus, you can reduce development time and increase the quality of your enterprise applications by using Adobe® Solution Accelerators.

Creation of content and templates

Creation of content and templates

Designers create branded templates for all manner of potential correspondence — account statements, trade confirmations, new customer welcome kits, claim forms, policy updates, prospectuses, promotional offers — and upload them to a repository. Subject matter experts create and upload the necessary content, including marketing messaging, product or policy details, and legal disclaimers. If required, content and templates can be routed for review and approval through an automated process.

Document assembly

Document assembly

Customer-facing employees like agents and brokers create tailored correspondence. Using a simple and intuitive interface, employees can select the appropriate template and then select content that needs to be included. Business rules drive what content pieces are used for specific communications and control the content that must be present for compliance reasons based on the template selected.

Delivery and archiving

Delivery and archiving

When completed, correspondence can be printed directly from Adobe Acrobat® or Reader® software or submitted to a publishing process. If necessary, correspondence can be submitted to a workflow for approval. Correspondence can be processed for e-mail, fax, or batch printing, or placed in a folder for printing or e-mailing. For archiving and auditing needs, correspondence can be converted to a searchable PDF document that contains all the necessary metadata. And security features help ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
