Annual Incentive Program
The Annual Incentive Program is a management incentive plan for designated employees in which such employees can receive bonuses based on the achievement of predetermined company and individual goals and performance targets.

Restricted stock units
Employees are eligible to receive restricted stock unit (RSU) grants, which vest over a four-year period. Employees receive the full value of the shares on the date of vest.
Stock options
Employees are eligible to receive stock option grants, which vest over a four-year period. Employees may exercise option shares when they are vested.
