- Amount of paid time employees can take for sabbatical after five years: four weeks
- Discount that Adobe offers for stock purchase through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan: 15% below fair market value
- Percent that Adobe reimburses for qualified education expenses: 100% up to US$10,000 per calendar year
- Monthly subsidy provided to bicycle commuters: US$20
- Amount that employees are reimbursed for gym and other qualified fitness memberships: up to US$30 a month
- Favorite way to relax after a hard day’s work: On-site massage services
- Amount Adobe matches for employee contributions to qualified nonprofit organizations: up to US$5,000 per calendar year
