Healthcare
Adobe offers medical plans for employees and eligible family members that include robust outpatient care, integrative health service, Employee Assistance Programs, and much more. 

Beyond traditional health benefits, Adobe supports employees' health with health seminars and fun wellness competitions, as well as a Wellness Incentive Dollar program, which provides a €360-per-year subsidy for wellness-related activities.

Time off
Taking time off for vacation and other personal needs is essential to your health and productivity. To help employees recharge, Adobe offers:

• 22 paid days of vacation per calendar year, 30 days for senior positions
• Sick leave based on statutory rules
• Study leave — up to 5 days per year for exam preparation plus leave on the day of the exam
• Parental leave in the form of maternity, paternity, or shared maternity and paternity leave
• Leave to care for a sick or disabled child
• Special leave for personal events

Pay and incentives

Equity
Adobe currently maintains an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that enables eligible employees to share in the ownership of the company they help build by purchasing Adobe stock every six months at a price that is discounted from the fair market value with a look back.

Employees may also be eligible to receive certain Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, which generally vest over a four-year period.

Adobe's Disability and Total Permanent Disability insurance
Adobe's plan enables you to purchase coverage of up to six times your annual earnings (base salary and variable payment).

Extra perks
Adobe offers a range of extras including discounts on Adobe software for personal use. Adobe provides luncheon vouchers of €5.29 per working day.
