Healthcare

Adobe offers medical plans for employees and eligible family members that include robust outpatient care, hospitalization, Employee Assistance Programs, and much more. As an Adobe employee, you can also look forward to a generous dental plan, as well as a vision plan.

Beyond traditional health benefits, Adobe supports employees' health with a Wellness Incentive Dollar program, which provides a £360-per-year subsidy for wellness-related activities, as well as a Bike to Work Program that offers employees the opportunity to purchase a bike in a tax-efficient manner.

Time off
Taking time off for vacation and other personal needs is essential to your health and productivity. To help employees recharge, Adobe offers:

• Up to 30 paid days of vacation per calendar year based on service
• Enhanced sick pay upon successful completion of probationary period above the state benefit amount
• Enhanced maternity leave — Adobe will top up statutory maternity pay to provide 100% of base salary for the first 12 weeks, 50% of base salary for the next 8 weeks, and then statutory maternity pay
• Enhanced paternity leave — Adobe will top up statutory paternity pay to provide 100% of base salary for two weeks
• Additional leaves, including adoption leave, parental leave, domestic leave, and special leave for personal events

Pay and incentives
We take pride in sharing our success with exceptional employees who help us achieve our goals. We strive to offer market-competitive salaries, along with several bonus programs to reward employees when they demonstrate exceptional results.

Equity
Adobe currently maintains an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that enables eligible employees to share in the ownership of the company they help build by purchasing Adobe stock every six months at a price that is discounted from the fair market value with a look back.

Employees may also be eligible to receive certain Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, which generally vest over a four-year period.

Retirement
Employees may choose to set up their own voluntary supplemental pension plan. Adobe contributes 7% if the employee chooses to participate in the plan with at least 2.5% of their eligible pay.

Adobe's Life, Disability, and Total Permanent Disability insurance
Adobe enables employees to purchase insurance that will cover up to 75% of an employee’s salary in the event of long-term sickness, injury, or disability. Adobe covers the cost of Life insurance, offering your family up to four times your basic annual salary, as well as a survivor pension.

Extra perks
Adobe offers a range of extras including significant discounts on Adobe software for personal use.  Additionally, Adobe provides childcare vouchers to working parents.
