Increase productivity
Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox helps developers create everything from content management systems to back ends for existing web applications. This collection of Dreamweaver server behaviors and commands helps developers save hours of manual coding with built-in features for creating HTML forms, nested repeated regions, and dynamic lists and forms, as well as for visually editing record sets.
Implement client changes in minutes
Use visual interfaces to add, edit, or remove fields in HTML forms or dynamic lists without coding. Changing your application modifies only the desired section of a page, leaving the rest of the form or list untouched. This allows you to create database-driven, dynamic web applications, using a true rapid application development approach, for incorporating client feedback in minutes.
Create image galleries
Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox gives you the tools you need to create and deploy image galleries wherever you may need them. Easily upload images and files from your workstation to the site server, making them available over the Internet. Specify supported file types, associate upload/delete functionalities to an HTML form, and generate proportionally resized thumbnails that fit your site design.
Visual SQL query generation
Dynamic websites require interaction with a database. Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox is the tool you need to get the information you want out of your database visually without having to write complex SQL queries by hand.
Create web interfaces for database administration
Generate dynamic HTML lists and forms to display and edit database content. Choose between multiple controls for the form fields text fields, dynamic menus, checkboxes, radio buttons, and text areas. The resulting HTML pages will allow customers to filter and search database records and then insert, update, or delete multiple database records.
E-mail information you need on form submit
Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox makes it simple for a web developer to enhance a form and let it execute multiple actions on form submit. The Send E-mail feature enables you to customize the subject and body of the e-mail message, including information submitted by the user, while saving it in the database. You can send text and HTML images using templates on the disk or by specifying the content yourself.
Create file upload forms on the fly
With Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox, clients can easily upload documents on the server. When building a file upload form, you can select the remote upload folder and specify supported file types or the maximum file size allowed.
Implement solid user registration systems
Create powerful user authentication systems to allow administrators access to restricted or personalized areas only after login. To help you achieve that, Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox offers features such as Remember Me, encrypted password, e-mail activation, and Forgot Password.
