Our employee volunteers actively engage with communities to provide meaningful support. We organize technical training camps at government schools in Noida and Bangalore. We also invite underprivileged children to our campus to spend a day with us. A few story-telling sessions, a game of carom or antakshari, help in solving a sum or a computer problem, or simply spending some carefree time is all that takes to bring smiles to the faces of underprivileged children.

Adobe believes the active participation of our employees creates sustainable change in communities around the globe. We partner with the recipients of Adobe Foundation grants to engage the most important resource we have — the time, talent, and passion of our employees — to create that change. In this way, we foster a culture of service and community leadership among our employees while multiplying the philanthropic contributions of the Adobe Foundation.

We believe that our employees understand their local communities and colleagues best. We empower them to manage their local volunteer activities through Action Teams, supported by Adobe with tools, resources, and budget. Adobe CSR Action Teams plan and manage dozens of volunteer projects in India and across the globe every year.

Adobe Green Team – Greening Noida
Adobe India employees are encouraged to participate in the employee-led Green Team, which organizes environmental initiatives and volunteer projects for fellow employees. Team members arrange education sessions, discuss pressing issues, and work with Adobe management to develop environmental sustainability practices
“We have been making significant contributions to the local causes, but there is always more to do in order to make an even more meaningful impact towards the development and growth of the communities where we operate. At Adobe volunteering is not a program but a movement, and I am proud of the fact that our employees are passionate about community development and actively engage in volunteer programs”, says Dr. Naresh Gupta, Senior Vice President, Print & Publishing Business Unit, and Managing Director, Adobe Systems India.
