Pay and incentives

Equity
Adobe currently maintains an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) that enables eligible employees to share in the ownership of the company they help build by purchasing Adobe stock every six months at a price that is discounted from the fair market value.
Employees may also be eligible to receive certain Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grants, which generally vest over a four-year period.
Retirement
Adobe contributes toward the Provident Fund, as required by law.
Adobe’s Life Insurance policy protects you at a sum insured of two times your annual fixed salary capped at INR 75 Lakhs.
Adobe’s Personal Accident policy protects you at a sum insured of INR 10 Lakhs.
