AMO Account Manager


Position Summary

Account Managers (AM) maintain the relationship between Adobe and a portfolio of accounts to ensure customers renew their Adobe Marketing Cloud subscription and grow their partnership with Adobe. This AM will focus on the Adobe Media Optimizer set of products that provide cross-channel advertisement management and audience management. Successful AMs are business-savvy individuals who have experience in digital marketing and know the value of digital marketing in driving business objectives. They work directly with our clients to understand business challenges, business objectives, and high level business requirements to determine a successful Adobe solution.  The AM will work in conjunction with an Account Executive (sales) to grow client accounts.



Successful AM Candidates have a proven track record of achievement in the following areas:

  • Client relationship management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Ability to assess client maturity and satisfaction.
  • Frequent interaction with broad level of client contacts ranging from including Analyst, Manager through to Directors, VP's, and CXO Opportunity Identification.
  • Experience delivering solution and service recommendations to meet client business objectives.
  • - Presenting complex information in a clear way manner, both written and verbal


Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of managing relationships within employee organization being an advocate for the customer.
  • A background in using online advertising, advertising technologies, and/or online marketing would be extremely helpful, as is experience with display ad exchanges, demand side platforms, and enterprise software.
  • Experience with digital marketing solutions and services, especially search engine marketing (SEM) and data management platforms (DMP) (preferably Adobe's Digital Marketing suite of products) .
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work with clients on a remote basis - i.e. phone, email and video conferencing
  • Excellent work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter who requires minimal direction
  • Passion for Digital marketing, web analytics and optimization, digital media, and client satisfaction.
  • Clear and comprehensive communication via email, phone, and presentations.
  • Understanding of enterprise business models and online processes, terminology, concepts and strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and how the Internet and websites work.
  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web protocols.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for managing account information
  • Bachelor's degree.
