Associate Partner Sales Manager
Position Summary
Partner Sales Managers (PSM own the relationship between Adobe and Adobe Digital Marketing Partners). Junior Partner Sales Manager is responsible for managing several small-mid size partners located in central Tokyo area. Existing Senior Partner Sales Manager will provide On-The-Job Training for 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Manage Partner Account Plan on a monthly basis
- Manage Partner resourcing, marketing, and sales plans
- Support operations of 1-2 major partner relationships
- Coordinate with Adobe Sales Reps and Partners and help closing deals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Sales Admin, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Secretary, Receptionist background is acceptable
- Direct / Indirect Sales experience is a plus
- Intermediate English Skills (Simple Business e-mails)
- Microsoft Excel & Power Point basic skills
- General Enterprise Sales / License Sales support knowledge is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and obtain good communication Skills
- TOEIC 800+ preferred
