Experience Design Lead, Global Site Standards, JAPAN & APAC

Position Summary
As a Design Lead in Global Site Experience Delivery (GSED), you’ll collaborate closely with an accomplished cross-functional team to make the ‘Reimagined' adobe.com experience extensible, efficient, consistent, and― global. You’ll create mockups, workflows and prototypes to facilitate deployment of Reimagine principles on the international adobe.com sites, across web & mobile. This position requires an accomplished web content designer with a passion for standards and experience working on large global websites. You are comfortable responding to constructive design criticism in matrixed team settings and you thrive when working across organizational boundaries. Ideally you have a solid understanding of responsive design principles, SVG, HTML, CSS and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and are highly proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Fireworks.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the expansion & adoption of ‘Reimagined’ adobe.com design principles across international websites
- Develop expert knowledge of and contribute to global site design patterns across AEM instances
- Collaborate with and present regional work to cross-functional design teams to ensure the global web experience adheres to a cohesive, shared set of design standards that preserve the principles of Reimagine
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to vet and approve local design requirements and proposals
- Work with GSED international production & engineering teams to build new and adapted regional pages on adobe.com
- Contribute to layout standards for regional campaign pages across adobe.com
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web experience design and prototyping skills
- Solid wireframing and information architecture skills
- 2+ years experience designing for large global websites
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills. Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and with geographically remote team members
- Solid presentation skills for broad audiences including web producers, designers, engineers, and business clients
- Strong knowledge of CC design tools; experience with AEM a plus
- BFA or Bachelors in Design, Graphic Design, HCI or Computer Science with design concentration
