Field Event Manager
Position Summary
The position is responsible for planning, executing, and managing events for all business areas, including Digital Media, Digital Marketing, and Acrobat, in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Develop Field marketing plans for Adobe seminar/events, industry events, and third party seminar/events to raise awareness, to generate demand and to accelerate pipeline for Adobe Japan businesses
- Track leads from the seminar/events and report ROI of the activities
- Continuously improve and enhance the seminar/event effectiveness based on the results
- Work in coordination with the marketing team members as well as other key stakeholders in other departments to realize maximum effectiveness/efficiency of the activities
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of marketing experience in IT Enterprise/consumer marketing
- Field marketing experience for IT Enterprise companies
- Superb communication skills both in Japanese and English
- Team player - be able to work effectively with members from various disciplines
- Detail-oriented - be able to pay attention to details and to set and deliver high quality event/seminar experience
