HR Business Representative
Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner will be based in the Tokyo office, supporting the Senior HR Manager for Adobe`s Japan operations. A blended generalist position, the successful candidate will be exposed to a range of HR activities and projects. This position has excellent potential for future growth within a well-known and successful organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business managers as a trusted adviser on HR topics in multiple functional areas of expertise; develop custom solutions to meet and anticipate stakeholder needs.
- Manage employee relations and performance, orientation, training development, and training logistics and record keeping.
- Be accountable for successful implementation of multiple programs simultaneously; manages the adaptation of corporate initiatives to the unique needs of businesses within local and regional environments.
- Represent Adobe Japan to both internal and external stakeholders and develop communications strategies for new program development.
- Manage compensation and benefits inquiries, employees data administration and record keeping, employee safety. and wellness programs.
- Participate in global and regional HR committees for internal projects.
Requirements
- Ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of HR generalist and business partnership experience working in a fast-paced, innovative, and global environment .
- You should have exemplary communication skills, drive, stamina, attitude, and a performance track record.
- You should enjoy frequent interactions with local Japanese employees and managers, as well as independent work and virtual management.
- Minimum business English & Japanese language proficiency.
