Manvesh Vyas is a second-year master's student of Human Computer Interaction at Georgia Tech. He's been working with Professor Alexandra Mazalek on design and implementation of a 50-inch multi-touch, multiple object sensing surface, called TTT, at Synlab (Synaesthetic Media Lab) at the Graphics, Visualization & Usability Center (GVU Center). He is using Adobe Flex Builder 3 to develop his Flex/AIR application. He has also worked on creating a patterns library on ActionScript 3.0 for recognizing multi-touch and multi-object interactions on the table. His interests span a variety of topics, including collaborative sensemaking and design of interactive programs and games that can harness human computation.
