Studio 8 製品が Windows 2000 にインストールすることができない

問題

Windows 2000 を使用しているユーザーが Macromedia Studio 製品　( Dreamweaver 8, Flash 8, Fireworks 8, Contribute 3.02 ) インストールしようとした場合、以下のようなメッセージが表示されます。

The package requires newer version of the Windows installer. Do you want to update the version of the Windows installer in your system?

理由

Studio 製品をインストールするには MSI インストーラーのエンジンのバージョンが 3.0 である必要があります。　インストーラーのバーションをアップデートするには、Windows 2000 のService Pack を 3 以上にする必要があります。

回避策

Windows 2000 をお使いのユーザーが Windows Update を行うには、Internet Explorer を起動します。

• メニューから　ツール > Windows Update を選択し、実行します

Service Pack 3 以上がインストールがされている事が必須となります。
