Adobe® Digital Enterprise Platform software is available in two editions to give IT professionals the tools and services they need to develop and deploy customer experience management (CEM) applications for their organizations. In addition, there are a range of options for developers to experience Digital Enterprise Platform capabilities prior to purchase. Visit the Developer Center for details.

Basic

This edition is right for organizations that are just beginning to develop CEM solutions. It provides an essential mix of capabilities for introducing CEM into the enterprise.

Standard

The Standard edition is ideal for organizations that are ready to develop and deploy engaging CEM solutions. It provides all the capabilities available from Adobe for CEM deployments.

Extensions

Digital Enterprise Platform can be extended with these optional services, which are available separately:

  • Collaboration Service: Collaboration Service is available as a separately priced capability for any edition. Offered as a managed service, Collaboration Service enables you to integrate video conferencing, chat, screen sharing, whiteboarding, and more into your solutions without having to manage the infrastructure.
  • Production Print: Production Print is available for the Standard edition. Perform high-volume print and electronic jobs via multiple delivery channels. The Production Print module is a dedicated, high-performance document composition server and development environment built for performing high-volume document composition, collecting and grouping documents in a post-processing repository, or optimizing finishing for mailroom efficiencies.
  • Connectors: A variety of connectors for integrating with ECM repositories are available.
