As senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Adobe, Mike Dillon is responsible for the company’s global legal affairs, public policy interests and compliance operations.
Dillon has a broad spectrum of corporate legal experience in both established and emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Adobe in August 2012, he was general counsel and corporate secretary for Silver Spring Networks, a networking solutions provider. Before joining Silver Spring Networks, Dillon spent 14 years with Sun Microsystems, prior to its acquisition by Oracle, serving as general counsel and corporate secretary from 2004 to 2010. Dillon also served as general counsel and corporate secretary of ONI Systems, an optical networking company.
Dillon holds a juris doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in communications and sociology from the University of California, San Diego. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
