The Contribute draft review process lets you easily send web page drafts to other Contribute users for review. You can also send files for review directly from your computer.
Note: The draft review process only applies to web page drafts. It is not applicable to blog entry drafts.
This review process lets you get feedback and collaborate with others on a web page draft or file. Reviewers can see your draft, then edit it, publish it, and send it to another reviewer, or delete it. For more information, see Understanding the draft review process.
Note: This feature is not available unless your website has an administrator. The administrator can set publishing and deleting permissions for each user role in the draft review process. For more information, see Setting general role settings.
