Tutorial: Editing Code

As you add text, images, and other content, Dreamweaver MX 2004 generates HTML code. This tutorial explains how to use Code view to display a document's underlying code, and to add and edit code manually.

If you've already set up your site and completed the previous tutorial, Tutorial: Creating a Static Page, you can continue working in the same folder, using the same files.

If you haven't completed the previous tutorial, you can still complete this tutorial. First, set up your site by following the instructions in Quick Site Setup. Then use the files in the 2-Code folder to complete this tutorial. The 2-Code folder contains the files as they appear after completing the previous tutorial.
