Troubleshooting connectors

You can check the log file wsconfig.log in jrun_root/lib/wsconfig/wsconfig.log or the web server specific log files listed in the following table:

Web server	Path to log file
Apache	apache_root/logs/error.log
IIS	jrun_root\lib\wsconfig\n\jrunYYMDD.log
Netscape iPlanet	nes_root/https-xxxx/logs/errors (The name of the NES server is https-xxxx.)
Zeus	zeus_root/web/log/errors

When troubleshooting JRun, you can also check the log files located in jrun_root/logs for additional information.
