Interface Summary

IpcIfc	All ipc services must implement at least these methods.
IpcServerIfc	All Ipc servers must implement the following methods.
NotifierIfc	The client reference used to notifier the client of any incoming requests.

Class Summary

Client	Client side ipc connections, must connect with a host and port option.
Notifier	This class is given a new ipc connection and the clients callback handle.
Server	The main entry point for Ipc server connections.
TcpServerService	Create a listener socket and wait for requests to come in.
TcpService	Implement a standard Tcp service, with one send and one receive buffer.
