How do I resolve a Certificate Error during download to my S60 phone?
Go to Menu > Tools > Application Manager > Options > Settings > Software Installation, and then switch default option <Signed Only> to <All>. Note that Adobe has tested the application to operate on your handset, and we are working with Symbian to eliminate this error.
What devices are supported?
Adobe supports select devices based on Windows Mobile 5 for Smartphones, Windows Mobile 6 Standard/Professional, S60 3rd Edition, S60 3rd Edition feature pack 1, and S60 3rd Edition feature pack 2 devices platforms. What mobile carriers are supported?
The applications you download are distributed off-deck, and as such do not require explicit carrier support. The carrier only has to allow downloading off-deck content and OTA (Over the Air) software updates.
Will I be charged for this download?
While our featured applications are free, carrier charges may apply depending on your data plan.
What happens if I interrupt the download of the application or the device loses its network connection during the download process?
If you interrupt the download manually or lose network connectivity, the installation process will be cancelled and you will need to re-initiate the download process.
Will the download update the pre-embedded Flash Lite browser plug-in on devices?
No. The download will not affect nor update the mobile browser plug-in. Also, in no case will the pre-embedded Flash standalone player be uninstalled or affected.
What countries are supported?
At launch, downloads are only supported in the United States, Spain, Italy, UK, and India. Additional countries will be added shortly.
