Adobe Shockwave Enabled Logo

The Adobe Shockwave Enabled logo represents Adobe’s Shockwave Player technology on the Web, in products, and in devices licensing this technology. Licensees and Web sites utilizing the Shockwave Enabled logo are required to follow these usage guidelines.

These guidelines apply to the Adobe Shockwave Enabled logo found on this page.

Usage
The Adobe Shockwave Enabled logo is used to identify and promote Adobe's Shockwave Player technology. Use of the logo is limited to parties under license from Adobe System's, Inc. as outlined in the permissions section below.

Permissions
Only licensed parties of the Free Shockwave Player Distribution License Agreement may use the Adobe Shockwave Enabled logo.

Web sites using Adobe Shockwave Player technology may use Adobe's "Get Adobe Shockwave Player" button without written permission to allow visitors to download the latest version of the Shockwave Player by following the button usage guidelines.

Trademark Information
Proper trademarks and credit lines must be used with the Adobe Shockwave Enabled logo: Adobe, Shockwave and the Shockwave Player logo are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Adobe Systems Incorporated in the United States and/or other countries.

Placement
The Adobe Shockwave Enabled logo must always stand alone and may not be combined with any other graphical elements except in the case of the combined Adobe Flash Enabled and Adobe Shockwave Enabled logos for print. They may not be less prominent than the most prominent third-party trademark appearing in the same area.

Ideally the logo should be placed on a white background. When placed on a colored background, it should be light in color or have enough contrast with the color of the Shockwave Player logo. It should not be placed on a patterned background

Positive Presentation
The Licensee must display the logo or button in a positive manner. The logo may not be used to depict Adobe in a negative way.
