Chances are, your e-mail administrator (or software vendor) has configured your e-mail client to block image downloads from the Internet. If you would like to view images contained within the Adobe Inspire Magazine HTML mailing, we recommend that you add direct@adobesystems.com to your address book. Additionally, you can contact your e-mail administrator or refer to your e-mail client’s help system to see how to unblock images.
Adobe Flash Player is free software that lets you view expressive content and videos on the web. Adobe Inspire Magazine often includes such content and the authoring team is often utilizing features that are only supported with the latest version of Flash Player. Many web browsers (Internet Explorer, for example) install Flash Player automatically but you may need to upgrade it from time to time as Adobe makes improvements to the player and as websites update content and utilize the capabilities of Flash Player.
To ensure your experience Adobe Inspire Magazine is as intended, we recommend that you download and install the latest version of Flash Player. If you have additional questions regarding Flash Player, please visit Flash Player Help and Support.

By default, we send an e-mail that summarizes the issue in HTML format. However, if we detect that you cannot receive HTML e-mail, we automatically send a text version of the e-mail. There could be a couple reasons for this. It is possible that a new issue has not been published since you signed up. Adobe's privacy policy requires that you sign up to "receive communications relating to Adobe, its products and services, etc." Whereas Macromedia only required that you had an account with Macromedia, and that you elected to receive Adobe Inspire Magazine (formerly the Edge newsletter).
