Communication from Adobe

 

 

  • Tell us your Adobe marketing preferences by updating your Adobe ID profile. You can also tell us to stop sending you marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of Adobe's marketing emails.
  • Tell us your Behance marketing preferences by updating your account settings (under the "Notifications" tab) at Behance.net. You can also tell Bahnce to stop sending you emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of Behance's marketing emails.
In some cases, Adobe needs to send you "transactional" emails relating to normal business operations. For example, we may email you to inform you that your subscription is expiring or that someone has sent you a document using an Adobe app. You cannot opt out of these emails.

We may collect information about how you use Adobe desktop and mobile apps. You may change your desktop app usage preferences by updating your Adobe ID profile.

Anonymous Data Collection
Applications in our Adobe Product Improvement Program collect data anonymously. To change your preferences: In your desktop application, go to Help > Improvement Program Options and select “NO”.
Note: Repeat this process for every application that collects anonymous information.
Mobile Applications
 
Anonymous and Identiable Data Collection
Change your preference for mobile app usage by using the send usage info setting. This setting is found in one of these locations depending on the type of mobile device and app that you have:
  • In the About section accessed from the app's settings or preferences panel.
  • Where the operating system stores seings for all apps
Note: Repeat this process for every application that collects anonymous information.

 
Machine learning analysis on your content
 
Adobe uses automated systems to analyze your content using techniques such as machine learning in order to improve our apps and websites. This analysis may occur as the content is sent or received via an Adobe website or when the content is stored on Adobe servers. Learn more about how this works. If you do not want us to do this, you can opt out in your account preferences.
 

 
Adobe interest-based ads
 
Tell us if you prefer that we do not display web ads based on how you use Adobe's websites and apps.
 
 
If you opt out, you may still see Adobe ads on other companies' websites, but they will not be based on your use of Adobe's apps and websites.
