Known issues with the Agent Pack

Adobe PDF Forms Access (Tag Form) Agent: Can't save form with imported structure

You can launch the interactive agent from the Manual Step panel and import structure from tagged form to original (untagged), but all saving options are grayed out.

Workaround: Use the standalone application Adobe PDF Forms Access if you need to import structure from tagged form.

The error message “Internal error: Agent can't connect to supervisor” appears when launching the standalone version of Adobe PDF Forms Access if it is running simultaneously with Acrobat Capture.

Workaround: Click OK in the dialog box. Both the agent and the application can work simultaneously.
