The Adobe Event Services team actively works with you before, during, and after the event and helps you build a library of best practices for running online events to promote long-term success.

Event Services package

As part of the end-to-end Event Services package, an Adobe Event Services specialist will assist you in all phases of event execution. Services provided include:

  • Pre-event consultation, including best practices and agenda development
  • Creation of engaging meeting room layouts
  • Product training for presenters and hosts
  • Event rehearsal
  • Event moderation, including user entry and permissions management, Q&A coordination, polls, and survey management
  • Attendee and participation reports
  • Event recording
  • Branding of event pages*
  • A customized registration page*
  • E-mail management, including sending the invitation, reminder, and follow-up e-mails*
  • Pre-event registration and attendee reports*
  • An archived event recording with registration for viewing access*
