Adobe® Acrobat® X Pro software lets you collaborate better with team members through Microsoft SharePoint integration in Windows®. Access SharePoint from any Acrobat Open or Save dialog box, open PDF files from SharePoint, and easily check PDF files in and out.

Open PDF files directly from SharePoint

You can open PDF files directly from your SharePoint document library using Acrobat X Pro. Acrobat also gives you the option of checking out a file to prevent others from working in it if desired.

Manage SharePoint documents within Acrobat

Use the SharePoint Server menu option from the Acrobat File menu to check PDF files back into SharePoint, discard the checkout and changes made, or edit document properties such as title, status, or due date. Acrobat also automatically prompts users to enter required document information per corporate rules set up by your SharePoint administrator.

Control SharePoint versioning within Acrobat

You can specify versioning information from within Acrobat X Pro when you check files back in to SharePoint. Save a new minor draft, create a new version for publishing, or overwrite an earlier version. You can also add comments. Acrobat closes the file and makes it available to others via SharePoint.
