PowerPC-based Macs are only supported by Flash Player 10.1 and cannot play Adobe Access Content. Mac OS X v10.4, v10.5 are only supported by Flash Player 10.3 and, when in 64 bit mode, cannot play Adobe Access Content.

Adobe Access 3.0 SDK supports backward compatibility of Adobe Access 2.0 features with Adobe Flash Player 10.1, 10.2, and 10.3 and Adobe AIR 2.x. Also, Flash Player 11.1 and AIR 3.1 clients support backward compatibility of Adobe Access 2.0 features with Adobe Access 2.0 SDK.
