Adobe® Connect™ software provides an ideal solution for customer training, enabling organizations to rapidly create, deploy, manage, and track engaging virtual and on-demand training across globally dispersed audiences, with complete flexibility to define the customer experience. Courses can be rapidly created by both novices and experts alike, leveraging tools like Adobe Presenter software to create interactive courses directly from existing PowerPoint content, or Adobe Captivate® software for more advanced simulations. In addition, live training sessions can be recorded and distributed to learners as on-demand courses, with nearly the same level of interactivity.
