Developers who submit an unsigned Adobe® AIR™ 1.5 application to the Adobe AIR Marketplace are eligible to receive one (1) Thawte code or Chosen Security signing certificate, from Adobe while supplies last. Adobe will offer 235 code signing certificates to developers of unsigned Adobe AIR applications on a first-come, first-served basis. The 1 year Class 3 code signing certificate from Thawte has an approximate retail value of US$300.00. The 1 year TC Publisher ID from Chosen Security has an approximate retail value of $199. Upon submission of an unsigned Adobe AIR application to the Adobe AIR Marketplace, Adobe will send the developer an email with instructions on how to redeem the code signing certificate from from the provider; developers will have 10 days upon notification from Adobe to redeem their certificate from from the provider. If the developer is unable to get the information in time to from the provider, then they should contact Adobe at ThawteOnMarketplace@adobe.com. Each individual developer may only receive one certificate paid for by Adobe.
