Explore themes or find images by topic using a keyword search. Or find exactly what you need using the powerful Advanced Search feature. Specify portrait or landscape, color or black and white, search only specific collections, and more.
Browse categories and galleries
Be inspired by browsing through categories and subcategories to search the full breadth of the Adobe Stock Photos collections. With categories such as Behavior, Lifestyle, and Abstract, you never know what you’ll find. Or cruise through hand-picked galleries of some of the most arresting images in the Adobe Stock Photo library. Galleries with titles such as Urban Buzz, Object Lessons, and Photos India group like images designed to intrigue you.

Pre-masked images
Adobe Stock Photos now offers a collection of images that feature objects on clean white backgrounds. When you purchase the photo, the file comes with an image mask so you can place the object layer over any background in Photoshop without having to create a mask from scratch.

Comp images downloaded with Adobe Stock Photos have no water — marks, so you can present your layouts and evaluate image choices without distraction.
Image details
Double-click a search-results thumbnail or a comp image to open the Image Details window. See the image’s pricing, keywords, and provider information.
Open for editing
Use the context menu to open an image with Photoshop or other creative software, or drag your downloaded comps folders into your Adobe InDesign® CS3 software and Illustrator layouts. Edit and rename your comps, knowing that the metadata travels with the image so it’s easily tracked when you’re ready to buy.

Manage with ease and apply star ratings
All of your searches, comps, and purchases are automatically saved for easy recall. Each comp has embedded identification data that stays with it no matter where it is used, so the image can be tracked automatically.
Organized search results
In your search results window you can apply star ratings and colored labels to your files. You can then sort by rating to see your favorites. Ratings and labeling are features of Bridge, so can be applied to any files in any directory.
Downloaded comps and purchased images
Your comps and purchased images can be saved automatically in the Downloaded Comps and Purchased Images directories located in your Adobe Stock Photos directory. You can also choose to save and download to any directory you choose and rename any way you wish.
Filter panel and image sorting
Bridge features a new panel that filters your view with a single click to limit display to specific images. Filter by star rating, colored label, orientation, file type, and more. Bridge also provides powerful sorting options to aid navigation through quantities of comps and search results. You can sort by image dimensions, resolution, file size, and more.
Metadata
XMP-bound metadata includes information such as stock provider, keywords used in searches, description, an image ID number, and more. An image retains its original metadata even after you edit it or change its filename.
Previous searches
Recall any search by selecting any of your saved search parameters, which automatically accumulate in the Previous Searches directory located in your Adobe Stock Photos directory.
