2. Use of the Service.
When you sign up for a Free Trial or paid subscription, you gain access to Service features and content, and all the benefits of cross-platform development, including the ability to upload, organize and store your applications and digital content and to share that content with others you choose.
3. Use of Your Content.This Section 3 hereby supplements Section 9.5 (“Your Content”) of the General Terms with respect to the Service.
Adobe does not claim ownership of Your Content However, we do need certain rights from you in order to operate and facilitate your use of the Service, and to process your requests, therefore, you hereby grant to Adobe a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free and fully paid up right and license, under all Intellectual Property Rights, to access, use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reformat, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, publish and distribute Your Content solely for the purposes of operating the Service and enabling your use of the Service and to sublicense Your Shared Content to other users subject to the limitations you may place on such content.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing. The Service is offered with a selection of tiered subscription plan options, including a FREE subscription plan. All subscription tiers include an unlimited number of public applications, but vary in other respects, like the number of private applications, build and storage limits, collaborators and end-users permitted (NOTE: some limits quoted may not apply for certain applications that existed on the Service prior to the close of private beta). We reserve the right to monitor and enforce subscription plan limits and/or restrictions, including the right to charge for overages, upgrade your subscription, or suspend your access to features of the Service.
5. Trademarks. PhoneGap is a trademark of Adobe. You may not use PHONEGAP or GAP in the title of any application built using PhoneGap or the PhoneGap Build service.
