InCopy CC was designed to be used with InDesign CC, enabling a comprehensive solution for multichannel content management, editing, and layout. InCopy CC can help increase your efficiency, improve editorial collaboration, and make it easier for you to deliver content. You can begin writing in an InCopy document before the InDesign layout is ready, using the publication's paragraph and character style sheets to format your text and eliminating the need to reconcile Word formatting with InDesign page layout formatting. Plus, InCopy delivers real-time copyfitting feedback so you can write to fit based on a target word or column inch count — something you can't do in Word.

InCopy CC includes editorial workflow technology that lets designers and editors work on the same InDesign document simultaneously without interfering with one another's work. InCopy CC gives editors 100% accurate information about line breaks and up-to-the-minute visual feedback about page design, so editors can copyfit text with insight into how the copy and design interact. This support for parallel workflows reduces the number of review and revision cycles and ultimately streamlines the time it takes to get publications to market. It also puts copyfitting control back in the hands of editors.

With a free Creative Cloud™ membership, you can download a 30-day trial version of InCopy CC and other applications in Creative Cloud. When you upgrade to a complete membership, you'll be able to download the full version of every Creative Cloud application and access all the Creative Cloud services.

A CCK version of InCopy CC that integrates tightly with the CCK version of InDesign CC is available. InCopy CC fully supports Asian typography, so editors can work with 100% accurate information as they write, edit, and copyfit text.
