| In 2000, Adobe announced Adobe® InScope™, a collaborative content management/workflow system that was geared toward high-end magazine publishing. However, as Adobe later introduced its Network Publishing vision, the requirement for a cross-media management and optimization system emerged.
As a result, Adobe has reevaluated its cross-media workflow management strategy. This includes the discontinuation of InScope distribution. Adobe recommends that customers or systems integrators interested in Adobe InDesign® and magazine publishing technology consult with the many InDesign and Adobe InCopy™ integrators. A list of integrators is appended to the update document below.
