Easily add, configure, and style contact forms for websites hosted on the Adobe Business Catalyst® service and receive the collected contact information via email when you use the Forms widget in the Adobe Muse widget library. Simply drag and drop the widget onto your canvas and begin designing the form to meet your needs. Select and rearrange fields, update color schemes and fonts, choose required fields and other data behaviors, identify inaccurate submissions with highlights, and more.
The widget automatically includes the Business Catalyst database back-end scripts needed to support the contact information submissions. Receive the data submissions, via email, to an unlimited number of email addresses for each contact form. Add the CAPTCHA security feature to help prevent spam by ensuring the response is generated by a person and not a machine.
If your site is not hosted on the Business Catalyst service, you can build a form using an online form service provider such as Adobe FormsCentral, JotForm, or WuFoo, and then embed the HTML form code into your Adobe Muse file. Some online form building services may require a fee, require ad hosting or logo placement in lieu of payment, or limit the number of submissions per month. Options for designing your form, and how the data is delivered, will also depend on the provider.
