Available in Quick and Expert editing modes, the InstantMovie option takes the work out of making movies. With InstantMovie, start by choosing the clips you want to use in your movie or letting the software choose your best clips for you. Next, choose a theme to tie everything together. (Theme options include birthdays, weddings, holidays, sports, and many more.) Then sit back and let InstantMovie automatically edit your clips together with coordinated music, titles, and effects that reflect your theme. You’ll have a finished movie in no time.
Make movies with drag-and-drop ease
In Quick editing mode, you can also opt to edit video with more control. Simply drag and drop to combine video clips with effects and transitions to create your story. Easily trim and split clips, type titles and text right on the screen, and even drag one clip onto another to create picture-in-picture effects.
Edit with more control in the Timeline
Want to direct every detail? Expert editing mode lets you edit video on a traditional Timeline that supports up to 99 audio and video tracks. Copy and paste transitions from one part of the Timeline to another, replace a clip while retaining the original's effects and attributes, and use other advanced techniques as you get inspired to try new things and learn more about how to edit videos.
