Customers worldwide, who purchased Adobe® Technical Communication Suite 4 (comprising of Acrobat® X Pro) are entitled to a free complementary upgrade to Acrobat® XI Pro and can get the same in the manner described below.
Customers worldwide, who purchased Adobe® Technical Communication Suite 4 (comprising of Acrobat® X Pro) under the Adobe Volume Licensing Program, can now download a complementary upgrade to Acrobat® XI Pro from their respective LWS accounts.
All other customers, who purchased Adobe® Technical Communication Suite 4 (comprising of Acrobat® X Pro), can use one of the options below to now download a complementary upgrade to Acrobat® XI Pro.
Option 1: Download Acrobat® XI Pro from the Adobe Application Manager (AAM). You can launch AAM using one of the two ways.
a) Click on the AAA shortcut icon present on the desktop of your machine.
b) Locate and launch “PDapp.exe” under “….\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\core\”.
Option 2: Visit the page http://www.adobe.com/go/GetTS4Update to download a complementary upgrade to Acrobat® XI Pro
