Overview
This customer self-service application illustrates how Macromedia products can be used to pre-empt expensive customer service phone calls, help boost customer satisfaction, and up-sell customers on new product offerings.
 
Challenge
To present a simplified view of customer information in a single interface that is fast, easy and intuitive to use.
 
Solution
By using Macromedia Flash and ColdFusion Server, the team was able to build a sample application that integrated with multiple enterprise systems, pulling both account and marketing information from those systems and delivering it to potential customers in a single client interface.
