As such, Pearlyn also drives the digital transformation in the markets with the extensive use of data analytics and contextual marketing to develop digital assets and roll out DBS Digibank in India, China and Indonesia.

Pearlyn joined DBS in 2003 and has assumed numerous leadership roles within DBS Group. Pearlyn was most recently the Head of Consumer Banking Group and Wealth Management, Hong Kong and before that, Regional Head of DBS Treasures and Treasures Private Client.

Her previous roles included being Head of iBanking and Head of Treasures Singapore. She also played a key role in the development of the Treasures Private Client proposition, the launch of the DBS Wealth Continuum and the set-up of DBS Asia Treasures – a premier rewards recognition plaform for the bank's wealth management clients.

Pearlyn has more than 20 years of extensive experience in consumer banking industry. Prior to joining DBS Bank, Pearlyn held various senior positions at Citibank N.A in Singapore. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Associate Financial Planner (AFP). She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics degree from the National University of Singapore.

Mellor joined Adobe through the company’s acquisition of Omniture in 2009 where he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and drove all marketing efforts to strategically advance the largest standalone web analytics business. Previously, he served as senior leadership for RichFX, an online merchandising company for high-end retailers. Mellor also co-founded and led strategy and business development for Viewpoint, a provider of interactive media technology and services for websites and enterprise applications, which was acquired in 1998 by Computer Associates.
 
An experienced public speaker, Mellor presents at numerous conferences and trade shows on topics such as digital marketing, advertising, media and business optimization.
 
Mellor holds both a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Brigham Young University.

Prior to joining Adobe, Tamara worked in the media research and advertising industries.  She has spent the majority of her career building data-oriented products at start-ups as Director of Product Management where she has brought a number of new products to market and been granted two patents for her work in mobile data collection.
 
Tamara earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and her BS in business and minor in computer programming at the University of Southern California.  Tamara describes herself as a  futurist with love of data and passion for tangible business results. Fearless, bold and ready to change the world, she admits that she is usually out on a limb and tends to ask impertinent questions.
