In her capacity as Deputy Group Head, Pearlyn has direct management oversight in the 6 markets that the Consumer Bank operates. She drives the business agenda in growing wealthmanagement, secured lending, deposit, insurance & investment products, credit card and unsecured lending, etc. In addition to the individual product lines, the sales & service, branding & marketing and customer experience delivery of the Consumer Banking network in the region also come under her purview.

In aligning to the overall DBS group strategy, a key priority of Pearlyn’s scorecard is to embrace the digital world in conquering mobile, social and data. As such, Pearlyn also drives the digital transformation in the markets with the extensive use of data analytics and contextual marketing to develop digital assets and roll out DBS Digibank in India, China and Indonesia.

Pearlyn joined DBS in 2003 and has assumed numerous leadership roles within DBS Group. Pearlyn was most recently the Head of Consumer Banking Group and Wealth Management, Hong Kong and before that, Regional Head of DBS Treasures and Treasures Private Client.

Her previous roles included being Head of iBanking and Head of Treasures Singapore. She also played a key role in the development of the Treasures Private Client proposition, the launch of the DBS Wealth Continuum and the set-up of DBS Asia Treasures – a premier rewards recognition plaform for the bank's wealth management clients.

Pearlyn has more than 20 years of extensive experience in consumer banking industry. Prior to joining DBS Bank, Pearlyn held various senior positions at Citibank N.A in Singapore. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Associate Financial Planner (AFP). She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics degree from the National University of Singapore.

Mellor joined Adobe through the company’s acquisition of Omniture in 2009 where he served as Executive Vice President of Marketing and drove all marketing efforts to strategically advance the largest standalone web analytics business. Mellor’s previous experience includes senior leadership positions with RichFX, an online merchandising company, and co-founding Viewpoint, an interactive media technology provider, which was later acquired by Computer Associates.

Prior to joining Adobe, Sri was Managing Director for SAP in Malaysia, Vice President for South Asia region at Business Objects, and had also held several senior positions at Oracle.
 
Sri has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Sri is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the School of Informatics & IT at Temasek Polytechnic.

Siva’s role at Adobe provides him with insights into how marketers are applying new technology to traditional techniques for results that drive their business growth. “Adobe’s marketing customers across Asia Pacific are engaged in some incredibly innovative digital and social marketing programs. Listening to our customer base and ensuring our technology and solutions are closely aligned to their needs is a constant inspiration.”
 
As part of his regional duties, Siva also leads Adobe’s industry specialist team that provides executive level consulting and digital roadmaps for Adobe’s most strategic customers.
 
Siva has fourteen years experience in the industry, eleven of these in Asia Pacific. He joined Adobe in 2011, having held senior roles for many years with companies including Interwoven, where after running APAC marketing, he led the regional Optimost business. He started his career with Cisco Systems in the UK before joining Mirror Image, the content delivery provider, in a role that brought him to Singapore.
