If your payment is not received in 10 working days after registration, your registration space will be released to the first person on the wait list and your information will be removed from the registration system.
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received on or before October 20, 2006 to receive a full refund, less a S$30 service charge. Cancellation requests received after October 20, 2006 will be ineligible for a refund.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time. Replacements must be from the same company. Transferring registration status to an individual outside of your company will not be granted. Contact conference customer service to request a substitution form. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive a written approval from MAX event management.
Registrants who do not attend the conference will forfeit their entire registration fee.
Please email customer service agent to request a student password. The student discount is only available to students and educators who qualify per the Adobe education eligibility policy. Upon request, you may be required to fax a valid copy of academic identification after your registration is completed. All other passwords were sent to individuals who qualify for a special registration rate.
