Mail-in Rebate Terms and Conditions

Apple Final Cut Pro owners who purchase an upgrade version (does not include education, licensing, or trial versions) of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium from the Adobe Store or a participating reseller from June 1, 2008, through August 31, 2008, are eligible to redeem a mail-in rebate. To qualify for the purchase price of an upgrade license you must be an owner of qualifying Adobe software. Qualifying products are: Adobe Video Collection; Creative Suite Premium or Standard 1.x or 2.x; Macromedia® Studio MX, MX 2004, or 8; Photoshop 7.0, CS, CS2, or CS3; Photoshop CS3 Extended; Illustrator 10, CS, CS2, or CS3; Flash Professional MX, MX 2004, 8, or CS3; Flash Basic 8; any version of Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Premiere; and After Effects Professional 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, or CS3.

Offer valid on purchases bought through Adobe or an Adobe Authorized Reseller in the United States only. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. Offer valid for purchases made from June 1, 2008, through August 31, 2008. Rebate value is US$200 and is payable in the same currency of original purchase only. You are eligible for a rebate if you own Apple Final Cut Pro (except for starter or tryout versions) and purchase an Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium upgrade license. Rebate requests must include: (1) a completed original rebate request form with Apple Final Cut Pro serial number; (2) the original UPC label from the bottom flap of the Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium product box, or if you purchased the electronic software download (ESD) version of Production Premium, you can print out the screen shot showing the Production Premium serial number and your name; (3) proof of prior ownership of Apple Final Cut Pro software (print out the screen shot of the Apple serial number and your name; and (4) a copy of the receipt from your purchase of Creative Suite 3 Production Premium. Mail all required materials to: Dept. 105748, Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium Rebate, P.O. Box 52900, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2900. All rebate claims must be postmarked by September 30, 2008. Allow eight (8) weeks for the rebate to be processed and delivered. Rebate will be mailed to the address provided on the rebate request form. Rebate expires if the rebate check is not cashed within 90 days of the check date, after which Adobe Systems will have no further obligation to you. Lost, late, misdirected, torn, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, damaged, postage due, or illegible requests are not the responsibility of Adobe Systems Incorporated and will not be eligible for the rebate. Adobe reserves the right to change the terms of this offer or suspend it at any time. Purchaser pays any applicable tax. This offer is limited to one (1) mail-in rebate per Apple and Adobe UPC codes. Not valid for education, trial, volume licensed, or OEM versions of Creative Suite 3 Production Premium. Not valid with any other rebate offer. This offer is limited to end users only. Adobe Creative Suite 3 Production Premium products must be purchased either directly from Adobe or from an Adobe Authorized Reseller. Full compliance with this offer entitles you to a US$200 rebate on the purchase of an upgrade license for Creative Suite 3 Production Premium. Any version of Apple Final Cut Pro is valid except starter or tryout versions. The data you supply on the rebate form will be transferred to the U.S., which may not have data protection rules equivalent to those in your own country. Adobe and its agents will have measures in place to safeguard the security and confidentiality of your data. All obligations of Adobe will be discharged by issuing the rebate and mailing it to the address you provide on the rebate request form.
