MAX 2009 Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation of registration, requests for registration fee refunds must be submitted in writing to questions@max.adobe.com and received by the Adobe MAX 2009 Registration Center according to the following schedule:

On or before August 31, 2009	50% refund
September 1, 2009, or later	No refund

Registrants who fail to attend the conference are ineligible for a refund of any registration fees if they do not notify the Registration Center by August 31.
