Adobe acquires OKYZ

On December 6, 2004, Adobe Systems Incorporated acquired OKYZ, a privately held software company with offices in Europe and the United States, that was formed in May 2002. OKYZ's 3D technology will be integrated into the Adobe® Intelligent Document Platform.
