Mail-in rebate terms and conditions for Adobe Premiere Elements 9

Offer valid in the United States, Canada, and the territory of Puerto Rico only. Offer void where prohibited or restricted by law. Offer valid for purchases made from September 21, 2010, through December 31, 2011.

All rebate claims must be postmarked no later than six (6) weeks from the date of purchase of Adobe® Premiere® Elements 9 software (the “Software”).

Consumers who purchase the Software from one of the following retailers (store or website) are not eligible for a rebate: Best Buy, B'’s, Sam's Club, OfficeMax, Staples, and Walmart. Submissions that include receipts from one of the above retail establishments will be rejected. Customers who purchase the Adobe Software bundled with a non-Adobe product are not eligible for the mail-in rebate. The rebate is paid in U.S. currency only.

Mail-in rebate for Software box purchases

To receive a rebate for Software box purchases, enclose the following information:

a) A completed original Rebate Claim Form. The original Rebate Claim Form must be filled out completely;
b) The original Proof of Purchase Tab #1 located on the right side of the Software box. Submission of a rebate claim that contains a Proof of Purchase Tab #2 will be rejected, and the rebate will not be paid;
c) A copy of the sales receipt from your purchase of the Software dated September 21, 2010, through December 31, 2011. Circle the purchase date and amount paid.

Mail-in rebate for Adobe.com Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) purchases

To receive a rebate for a Software download purchased from the Adobe.com online store, enclose the following information:

a) A completed, printed Official Rebate Claim Form. The Official Rebate Claim Form for ESD purchases must be filled out completely, and the order number written on the Official Rebate Claim Form must match the order number in the ESD order confirmation email. Unofficial claim forms will not be accepted;
b) A printout of the order confirmation email from your ESD purchase of Adobe Premiere Elements 9 dated September 21, 2010, through December 31, 2011. Circle your ID, order number, products purchased, quantity ordered, purchase date, and amount paid. For each order number, only one rebate per eligible product is allowed.

Incomplete rebate claims will be rejected. Your rebate submission will be denied if the submission is postmarked later than six (6) weeks from the date of purchase of the software.

For each email confirmation order number, only one rebate per eligible product is allowed. Consumer is responsible for any applicable taxes. Allow up to eight (8) weeks from the date you mailed your rebate submission to receive your rebate. Rebate will be mailed to the address provided on the Rebate Claim Form. Lost, late, misdirected, torn, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, damaged, postage due, or illegible claims are not the responsibility of Adobe Systems Incorporated and will not be eligible for the rebate.

Adobe reserves the right to change the terms of this offer or suspend this offer at any time. Offer not subject to terms or claims of individual retailers. Offer not valid with any other Adobe promotional offer. This rebate offer is not valid for licensees of education or volume licensing versions of Adobe Premiere Elements 9. All obligations of Adobe will be discharged by issuing the rebate and mailing it to the address you provide on the Rebate Claim Form.
