*If you convert an Authorware 3, 3.5, or 3.5.1 file containing images to Authorware 4, you need to distribute the BMP Xtras with the piece.

**QuickTime for Windows installs several files into the Windows system directory. Those files both play QuickTime movies and display images in Macintosh PICT format.

When you distribute an Authorware piece, create an Xtras folder in the folder that contains either the run-time application (Runa4w or RunA4M) or the Authorware piece you're distributing (if you packaged it with the run-time). Put the Xtras in the Xtras folder.
