You can host your projects for review on any internal server on your network or upload it to Acrobat.com. Reviewers review the projects using a different AIR application shipped with Adobe Captivate: Adobe Captivate Reviewer.
You can view the comments using the Window > Comments panel in your Adobe Captivate project. Clicking on a comment takes you to the specific slide that was commented upon allowing you to quickly make changes.
