ENABLING THE InterCall TELEPHONY ADAPTOR FOR Adobe CONNECT SERVER 7.5

On November 2, 2009 the InterCall telephony adaptor was released. It is supported on Adobe Connect Server 7.5 . The InterCall telephony adaptor allows meeting hosts, presenters, and participants to control audio conference features from Adobe Connect meeting rooms. This download provides the workflow and files to enable the telephony adaptor on Adobe Connect Server 7.5

Note: You can enable multiple audio bridges for Adobe Connect Server 7.5. Meeting hosts choose which audio bridge to use when they create a meeting in Adobe Connect Central. Each meeting can have only one audio bridge.

ENABLING THE PREMIERE GLOBAL SERVICES (PGi) NA AND EMEA TELEPHONY ADAPTORS FOR Adobe Connect SERVER 7.5

On November 2, 2009 the Premiere Global Services (PGi) telephony adaptor was updated to support Adobe Connect Server 7.5.

The PGi telephony adaptor allows meeting hosts, presenters, and participants to control audio conference features from Adobe Connect meeting rooms. This download provides the workflow and files to enable the telephony adaptor on Adobe Connect Server 7.5 for both North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) customers.

MeetingOne Telephony Adaptor

The MeetingOne telephony adaptors allow meeting hosts, presenters, and participants to control audio conference features from Adobe Connect meeting rooms. MeetingOne provide support for integration with Adobe Connect Server 7 and Adobe Connect Server 8.0 for both North America and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) customers.

The Adaptors can be downloaded from the MeetingOne website.

The Avaya telephony integration has been updated to work with Adobe Connect 7 Service Pack 3. This adaptor can be downloaded below to deployed on Adobe Connect 7 licensed installations. It now supports both Breakout rooms and the ability for meeting participants to merge their telephony dial in presence in the Adobe Connect attendee pod with their Adobe Connect presence.
