FTP information to upload files
- Complete creating the support case first. On the confirmation page, click
on the case number to edit the case.
- Locate the “Add Attachment” feature on the case detail page.
- Start an FTP client. The following list provides examples of FTP clients according to your platform.
- Enter the following connection information and connect.
- FTP: eftp.adobe.com
- User: c-upload
- Password: upl0ad (the 0 is a zero)
- Create a new folder that matches your case ID number.
- Consolidate all files into a compressed folder first. Please do NOT include any sensitive information.
- Submit the case to upload your file into this folder.
