FTP information to upload files

  1. Complete creating the support case first. On the confirmation page, click on the case number to edit the case.
  2. Locate the “Add Attachment” feature on the case detail page.
  3. Start an FTP client. The following list provides examples of FTP clients according to your platform.
  4. Enter the following connection information and connect.
    • FTP:
    • User: cust-ul
    • Password: $Ukjh98765
  5. Create a new folder that matches your case ID number.
  6. Consolidate all files into a compressed folder first. Please do NOT include any sensitive information.
  7. Submit the case to upload your file into this folder.
