Memory leak related to the Microsoft Office Copy Paste feature
Select customers have reported a memory leak issue related to the Office Copy Paste feature. This issue is currently under investigation at a high priority.
The problem occurs most frequently and significantly when copy and pasting very large text selections, especially sections containing a wide variety of text styles. Workarounds include copying and pasting text in smaller sections and restarting Contribute when a memory leak becomes significant enough to affect performance.
